This is my true story of when I finally knew my “size” was out of control.

I was scrolling in feed and saw “On This Day 3 Years Ago” …and it hit me hard…

I was looking back at a Memory of me and my family on a trip at Sand Harbor in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. I was wearing my favorite Green Dress I loved to wear everywhere. 

I didn’t even recognize myself in the picture from only 3 years ago… and my favorite green dress was not even close to fitting me anymore 🙁

I’m 57 now, and I have gotten so large that I look like a different woman…

I can’t even explain how I got so large…I didn’t change any eating habits!

I just seemed that my body was getting bigger even with the same activity levels..

It felt like my body was slowing down as I got older…

It was that exact Moment I knew it was time for a change. 

The “30-Second Fix” That Made All the Difference

The universe must have been listening because as I scrolled down further, I saw someone on my friends list posting some incredible before and after pictures.

It was my good friend Lindsay!!!

It took me a minute to recognize her! She looked so good. 

We hadn’t spoken for a while because we have been shut-in with everything going on. 

She talked about this “uniquely simple morning ritual” she found in an online forum that helped her get results that helped her melt away years of weight!

She looked like she was 30 again!

I was skeptical but followed the link anyway…

WOW!! I’m so happy I did!

After feeling hopeless, once I started implementing this quick “30-Second Fix” the weight began to melt away for me too.

Not to mention this method also supports a healthy heart, arteries and blood sugar levels…

You see the real cause of weight gain has nothing to do with:

  1. How much you diet, starve or deprive yourself of your favorite foods…

The New Me Now!

Now I found myself able to fit into that same favorite green dress I wore in my picture from Lake Tahoe…it actually was a bit loose on me!
